Much of my sound engineering work has been based within studio settings. I've worked with artists to record, mix and master there music. I've also learnt to adapt much of the theory behind audio engineering to any situation or gear as I've used a range of different studio's. I've worked in small project studio settings, fully equipped recording suites and even post production dubbing studios. I'm experienced with working with different genres of music, whether that be electronic musicians, vocalists or your more traditional four piece band. Here some examples of some of my studio engineering work below. I'm able to work with various different audio softwares such as Pro Tools, Logic X and Ableton.

This was a track I helped to record and mix with a local band a in 2014. The drums were all recorded individually and then mixed to stereo by myself, whilst the guitars where recorded using a DI box which was then put through an amplifier plugin as we were pressed for time. The Vocals were recorded using an SM58 as the vocalist tended to be on the loud side. I then mixed this track for the bands initial demo. They were very much influenced by blues and jazz music so I tried to reflect this in my mix.
This one is from an artist I work with a lot (Azileli). For this track I helped to track the vocals. For this one I used a C414 by AKG as it's flat frequency response allowed a lot of room for the mixing engineer to work with (and for it's accurate representation of her the artists vocals).
This is another track I worked on with Azileli for an upcoming release of hers. I worked on the final stereo master for this track.
As well as my experience with studio recording, I have experience with live sound reinforcement. Through much of my work doing mobile DJ'ing I've supplied a full PA sound system to many of the events I've worked at. I'm able to adapt to the situation and am adept at working with the sometime's large complex signal flows of live sound.
